What I'm doing now

What I’m focused on this quarter. Inspired by Derek Sivers’ now page.

• AI-native delivery at IncubXperts. Helping clients move from AI pilots to agents that ship real work, with the governance and evals to trust them.
• Writing in public. Field notes on shipping software with AI agents, every two weeks at 24x7code.com.
• dalimb.com. Keeping prices, weather alerts and Marathi articles useful for pomegranate farmers in Maharashtra.
• Rebuilding my corner of the web. Moving bagal.in, 24x7code and iphotic into one codebase on Cloudflare.
• Away from the keyboard. Cycling, hiking the forts around Pune, and photographing the places I travel to for iphotic.
